Since 2008, PlushBeds has been a pioneer in providing all-natural, sustainable sleep from our California factory direct to customer at an affordable price. We have three industry-leading principles that we adhere to, and they have guided our continued growth and success. Over a decade ago, we set out to make a better mattress, in a better way. We were frustrated by low quality mattresses filled with dangerous chemicals on the market. To make matters worse, they were sold by middlemen who added huge markups to the price.
Our successful formula is no secret. We invested in the best machinery, sourced the most-comfortable, highest-quality, most healthy-for-you sustainable materials, and paired them with artisans skilled in traditional old world craftsmanship techniques.
We learned that when we can control the supply chain from the fields to your bedroom, we can provide you with a healthier sleep experience at more affordable price. We also cut out the middlemen and ship directly to your door, so we can pass those savings on to you and your family.

With a passion for creating a healthy yet comfortable mattress, our founder traveled the world and spent thousands of hours training with old world masters from multi generational companies. These mattress makers from Europe have been making fine handmade mattresses for hundreds of years, and have passed down their handcrafting techniques for generations.
These techniques ensure that our innovative designs are married with lifelong quality and durability. We take pride that all of our mattresses are now handmade by skilled master craftsmen, and we stand behind our quality with our industry-leading 25 year warranty.

Our sleep engineers have spent thousands of hours designing the most comfortable mattress you've ever slept on. Since our founder ensures only the best will do, we constantly strive to set new standards for the sleep industry, and we remain on the cutting edge of mattress innovation.
We have a research team and innovation lab in our 80,000 square foot certified organic California manufacturing facility dedicated to discovering new sustainable practices and materials to share with you and your family. We build and donate dozens of prototype mattresses each year in the quest for innovation, and we don't stop until our absolute highest standards are met. It is then that we release a new mattress model to the public.
We've invested over a million dollars in buying Europe's finest machinery, and invested having our craftsmen train directly with old world masters who have been making mattresses for generations. The marriage of innovation with old-world techniques is one of the many ways in which we stand apart.

We don’t we use mystery foams, petrochemicals, or other materials we can’t pronounce in our mattresses like other mattress companies. We source only the world's highest quality natural and organic materials in a sustainable and transparent manner.
And because we ship direct to customer, we cut out the middlemen and offer factory-direct pricing to everyone.

It is fundamental to our company that we are and shall always remain an American Mattress Company. Many competing natural and organic mattresses are made in China and imported to the U.S. But all of our mattresses are made by us, in house, in our 80,000 Sq. Ft. Factory in Camarillo, California. We go through rigorous checks in accordance with United States laws to ensure every mattress we make proudly meets our highest standards. And we stand by our superior craftsmanship with our industry-leading warranty.

We always believed that shipping directly to our customers would cut out the unnecessary markups that others add to the price tag, and we wanted our all-natural mattresses to be affordable for everyone. We were one of the pioneers in how America now buys mattresses.
